Introduction

I specialize in helping individuals better manage their relationship to alcohol using both moderation management and abstinence only techniques, guiding loved ones of those struggling with addiction to a place of empowerment, and treating cross-addiction, such as disordered eating and over-exercising, that can surface following recovery from substance use. I believe that at the core of most successful therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship. Together we will collaborate to build a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment for you to explore what is no longer serving you. Together, we can move you away from feeling "stuck" and towards a more empowered way of being.
