Introduction

I have been partnering with clients for over 20 years, helping them develop internal resources for change. I have worked in a variety of setting including adult and adolescent inpatient, outpatient therapy and group homes. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Provider. Most sessions focus on how thoughts, feelings and behaviors either keep us stuck or help us move forward. In addition to CBT and Emotion Focused Therapy, I am pursuing EMDR certification. This is a mode of therapy that often results in freedom from trauma and inability to move forward from past events. While my Christian worldview is foundational for me, I encourage each client to develop and embrace their own healthy values and beliefs
