Life is full of ups and downs and extra stress can make life, calmness and happiness even harder to experience. I believe that everyone has the right to live a life that makes them excited to wake up to each day. Therapy is the most unique and caring way to work towards the happiness you deserve. Understanding that no two people are the same, I take a collaborative approach to therapy in order to use each person’s knowledge of oneself including their strengths, along with my therapeutic expertise, to give each person the skills and techniques needed to live the life they deserve. I’m intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure DBT, Cognitive Therapy, and EMDR. I offer informed DBT and comprehensive DBT. I take a warm, non-judgemental, open, and honest approach with individuals to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable in discussing their difficulties.
