Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Wake Forest University. I work with adult individuals, couples, and families. I look forward to getting to know you and working collaboratively with you to enact positive changes in your life. As a team, we will work on understanding and altering dysfunctional moods, behaviors, patterns of thinking, and interactions with others. I also enjoy assisting couples and family members with saving or strengthening their relationships. I conceptualize clients from a developmental and social systems lens and utilize a combination of traditional talk therapy as well as planned, goal-based interventions.
