Introduction

Laura Beth’s counseling style has gradually evolved into a holistic approach (incorporating mind, body and spirit), since starting out almost 20 years ago working with children, adolescents and families. Although her counseling techniques have evolved, her calling and passion relating to this field remain grounded in her faith. Laura Beth has a diverse background including teaching, social work and community mental health. She has spent the last 10 years as a clinical therapist. She enjoys incorporating art, mindfulness and child-centered techniques. She graduated from Auburn University with a major in psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Laura Beth obtained a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Troy University.
