Introduction
My goal is to walk alongside you as you gain perspective into the traumatic and harmful events that you have endured, and unravel the impact they have had on your emotional health and relationships. My experience largely comes from working with individuals of all ages that are experiencing symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and struggles with emotional regulation that come from issues related to attachment and worthiness, including Anxiety and Depression. I also have experience working with individuals exploring gender roles and identity, and those in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as individuals who are neurodivergent.
