Hi and Welcome! My name is Laura Carrillo (some of you may know me as Lola). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I was raised biculturally in both the United States and México and as a bilingual therapist, I approach therapy from an empathetic and compassionate integrative therapy approach, providing you with techniques from different therapeutic orientations that best suits your presenting problem. I provide mental health services to adults who struggle with Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, Relationship issues, OCD, Codependency, Grief and Loss among others. I am certified as a clinical trauma professional (CCTP) therapist and will provide you with high quality of care, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as: CBT, DBT, EMDR, Attachment theory, ERP, and others. I will work closely with you to create a treatment that meets your personal needs and honoring your cultural and developmental upbringing to support you in your mental health journey at the speed that feels more comfortable to you.
