Introduction

Hi, I’m Latrina, I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals as they walk through all stages of life using a variety of treatment settings and modalities. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, and through counseling I promote ability, confidence, effectiveness, efficiency, esteem-building, and productiveness. I also sit with clients to talk through adjustment issues, trauma, grief, and loss. I promote empowerment through cognitive-behavioral concepts meant to reduce depression and anxiety. I thrive through helping others to develop the skills and wisdom to set proper boundaries, to heal, and be whole.
