Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping couples build strong, fulfilling relationships. With specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I use evidence-based approaches to support couples in strengthening their emotional bonds, improving communication, and navigating challenges with confidence. With years of experience working with couples, I understand that relationships are complex, and no two are the same. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re facing conflict, struggling with trust, or simply seeking to deepen your connection, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you and your partner can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. In addition to my private practice, I am currently pursuing a PhD and completing an internship, allowing me to stay at the forefront of research and therapeutic techniques. My work is grounded in the belief that relationships thrive when partners feel emotionally secure, valued, and connected. I am committed to helping you and your partner rediscover the joy, intimacy, and partnership that brought you together.
