Introduction

Evolving PATHS Therapy is a small private practice providing in person therapy to clients located in San Diego, as well as Telehealth to clients living throughout the state of California. Evolving PATHS Therapy was established in 2022 by Abbee Desue, LMFT and has been providing therapy to the community for the past 7 years. Abbee started out as a solo private practice for a couple years, then expanded to a small group practice as she observed the growing need for mental health clinicians following the Pandemic and an increase in mental health diagnoses. Our clinicians collaborate with you to create personalized treatment goals, while operating from a strength based and client centered lens. Our approach combines mindfulness while introducing skills and psych-education about mental health for long-term growth. With the utilization of numerous treatment modalities like CBT, DBT, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, ACT, ERP, and EMDR we support our clients in conquering fears that have kept them feeling stuck. We look forward to hearing from you and working with you so that you can be the best version of yourself.
