Introduction

My goal is to help women, men, and children who long to experiences true clarity and confidence in themselves and their lives- but held back by fear, anxiety, or unable to trust anyone. I support every one of my clients by slowing down and exploring their lives so they can make vital changes and discover the strong individuals they truly are. I know from my own life experiences and many years of helping others that putting yourself first and asking for help can create a lot of fear and shame- but I believe that taking a step back and looking within can help anyone become stronger in who they are and become confident when dealing with symptoms or past trauma's that are affecting their daily lives. As a trained and experienced therapist with a special interest in trauma, my counseling style is empathetic, interactive, and direct. I utilize a trauma focused approach to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, fear, and other symptoms that are preventing you from living a fulfilling and meaningful life. Together we will identify coping skills, patterns in behavior and thought processes. Our therapeutic partnership will be founded on trust, shared vulnerability, transparency , and compassion. We will work as a team to make sure you are supported and empowered while reaching your goals.
