Introduction

I primarily work with black women (ALL women welcome) experiencing a loss of peace and direction due to the difficult experiences from their past and present. They have busy lives are considered “the strong ones,”; they have not taken the necessary time to slow the pace, heal. My clients don’t want to have to play the role of the “strong black woman” all the time. They need a soft place to REST and this space is designed especially for them. I teach you what I know and watch you grow. My clients learn to develop self-compassion and a mature understanding about how their past is influencing the present. As a result, many of my clients’ experience clarity to define what they need. They feel more control and in touch with their true “self”, it had been there all the time. Are you that woman? Every part of you is welcome here. You deserve to live this one life, freely and fully. If you are ready, I will hold space for you.
