Introduction

Process the present and the past in order to move forward. After studying groups on a macro-level via sociology and anthropology, I turned to the ripple effect by starting with the individual in psychotherapy. I use different treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) for each client to explore how meaningful they are and identify their life worth living. Life is not perfect, but it can still be enjoyable despite hardships and that is what my practice hopes to help my clients realize. (Licensed in Illinois and Texas).
