As we go through life, we all experience some rough patches. Therapy is a great way for you to gain support as you navigate some of the most challenging circumstances of your life. Or you could just be in need of a tune-up emotionally or cognitively. Whatever the situation, therapy is a great tool. I treat each client as an individual and meet them right where they are. I use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectal behavioral therapy when working with clients. I have worked with individuals from 2 to 102. I have a preference to work with young adults, caregivers and/or those who are dealing with various life transitions. I look forward to working with you!
