Introduction

Whether you're a professional, entrepreneur, creative, or just a human seeking a less-stressed way of living -- my goal as your therapist or coach is to provide a safe space for you on your journey to feeling free. We start with a free 15-minute video consultation. If we move forward, we'll schedule a 60-minute intake session at the cost of $200. Follow-up sessions are $200. Your card on file will be charged the day of the appointment. I do not work directly with insurance companies, and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Loveland Foundation vouchers are accepted. It's an honor to work with you. For therapy clients, I am licensed in Washington, D.C. and South Carolina. I offer coaching in all states and international. I look forward to our work together.
