Introduction

LaTasha is a LCSW for the state of Texas - Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has experience working with individuals using a personalized approach to meet specific needs AND goals of the client. She specializes in addressing mental health concerns from a space using boundaries, self-empowerment, and self-awareness to assist clients in healthily managing their emotional experiences as they navigate life. LaTasha supports her clients in their mental health journey by introducing them to the concepts of boundaries and safe spaces. It is her goal to assist clients in understanding the many layers of their existence while tapping into their full potential. I service clients from all ethnicities, sexual orientation, love style, race, gender, and cultural background. However, my target populations include individuals that exist within the following intersections: identifying as part of the African diaspora and non-monogamous; and those of the Black and Brown communities identifying as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. LaTasha is also the founder and visionary of Tactical Social Worker PLLC where she teaches women to protect their space with and without a firearm. In this capacity, she uses her experience as a firearms instructor and mental health professional to create a space where women are prepared to create the safe spaces they deserve. www.tacticalsocialworker.com
