Introduction

I provide a neutral, non-judgmental counseling environment for all of my clients. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I have more than 18 years of experience in the counseling profession. I have worked with individuals in mental health facilities, group home settings, community settings, and school settings. I am extremely passionate about helping others. I enjoy working with couples, children, adolescents, and adults. I believe in meeting each person where they are. I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Auburn University. I received my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Rehabilitation Counseling from Troy University. I also received additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
