Introduction

At times the waters of life can be difficult to navigate, whether through your actions and behaviors or those of the people around you. Everyone experiences situations which can result in feelings of being lost, alone, vulnerable, depressed and unfortunately unworthy. I strongly believe that people generally know how they feel and what they would like to accomplish – however, a little guidance or direction may be needed to reach the goal; that’s where I come in to help. Through therapy, I strive to help individuals and families develop boundaries, examine relationships and ultimately reach fulfillment. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing varying levels of discord. The initial step of seeking assistance is often the hardest, but the fact is you’ve done it! I would love to assist you in obtaining the tools needed to navigate the waters of life and in reaching your goal(s).
