Introduction

I use Systems Theory for most of my work. That means we will look at you and what is going on, but we'll also look around you at your environment. Current and former clients describe their time with me as nonjudgmental, accepting, and open minded. I believe curiosity is a therapist's greatest skill, and I'm working on that skill set regularly. I'm open to (and really prefer) a free phone consultation so we can see if we would be a good fit together. I'm looking forward to what we can do together!
