Introduction

You don’t have to hold big things on your own. I help take off some of the burden that humans carry. The best part of my job is sitting with people through both challenging and exciting times in their lives. I am passionate about helping clients work through complex trauma, including medical trauma; women’s health and LGBTQ well-being; couples and non-traditional relationships; and anyone who finds it challenging to live in a neurotypical world. I use EMDR and IFS to help relieve symptoms of trauma, eating disorders and anxiety. I offer ADHD and ASD assessments to help clients gain a better understanding of their neurodivergence as well as help with school or work accommodations and tools for embracing and enhancing their unique brains. I use play and art therapy with kiddos 12 and under. I am passionate about working with women around the psychological toll of health issues, especially pain, infertility, and postpartum depression and anxiety. I am an LGBTQ-focused therapist, supporting gender affirming care coordination, working through discrimination felt by community members, and those exploring how they fit into this community.
