Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I have been in the mental/behavioral health field since 2001 and have been working as an independently licensed practitioner since 2016. I believe that our quality of life is directly related to the quality of our relationships - including those with our family, co-workers and friends. I use a variety of approaches to help people identify problematic or unhealthy patterns in their lives and to learn healthier ways to relate and function in the world so that they can grow into becoming their best selves.
