I work with individuals and couples as a compassionate ally. In our sessions, you'll find a non-judgmental therapeutic environment where you are safe to be authentic, honest, and open. Here, we will cultivate a relationship built on trust, allowing you to explore your inner world, heal from past wounds, and strengthen your connections with others. Your unique story will be the heart of our work together. I am here to accept and support you. I take a dual approach, which means equipping you with skills and tools to improve symptoms and also ensure we explore and heal their cause for lasting change. I help couples and individuals learn coping and communication techniques. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me exploring the vibrant city of Seattle with my beloved dog, soaking in the energy of live music, or enjoying heartfelt moments cooking with my friends and family.
