Welcome! I'd love to connect with you to see how we can work together. If you struggle with anxiety and depression, or have experienced trauma, or just want to increase your empathy and self-compassion, I'd love to talk to you! I offer office, eco therapy (outdoors) and equine therapy (also outdoors!) and use an attachment-focused, relational approach that is rooted in understanding of our neurobiology.
