Welcome! I’m Lara, a licensed associate professional counselor specializing in helping adolescents and young adults navigate the challenges of modern life. With a focus on issues like anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-harm, and internet addiction, I provide compassionate therapy using evidence-based approaches like CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). My goal is to empower clients by helping them manage emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and build resilience for lasting change. I maintain a small caseload to offer individualized attention and ensure sessions are tailored to each client’s needs. Out-of-Network Benefits I work in-network with Highmark, however, you may be able to use your insurance for services. Some insurances provides out-of-network benefits. This means you submit a request to your insurance provider for all or partial reimbursement. In this case, you will pay the session fee at the time of service, and I will provide you with a receipt that you submit to your provider. Please check with your insurance provider first to determine of out-of-network benefits are available to you.
