As a counselor, my goal is to help you think better so that you feel better and can be better! I believe that through hard work, motivation, dedication and most importantly support, we can do anything. LaQuondra is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy, specifically designed for clients experiencing post traumatic stress. She has experience working with anxiety, major depression, bipolar disorder, relationship restoration, career exploration, amongst many other life issues that bring people to counseling. In addition to counseling and supervising, LaQuondra enjoys spending time with her family, especially her handsome and active sons #boymom lol. She has previously served the community as a girl scout troop leader, praise dance instructor, and has participated in numerous church sponsored volunteer projects.
