I draw from evidence base treatment modalities Including CBT, Solution Focused, Mindfulness based, TF-CBT (Certification in process), C-DBT Certified DBT-Dialectal Behavioral Therapist, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based, Structural Family Therapy and Gottman Methods. I am also a TBRI Practioner.
