I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I will collaborate with you, explore past experiences that have shaped who you are today, and figure out what's keeping you from living the life you want. I provide an environment that is curious, empathetic, supportive, and down to Earth. I'll help you discover your strengths and become more in-tune with your emotions. You can do this! I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of each unique individual. Some of these include Somatic work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness approaches. I am also a Certified Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist and a Certified Trauma Professional. Deciding to ask for help can be difficult. It takes a ton of courage and strength. I’ve been there myself, and I want you to know, you don’t have to go through this alone.
