Introduction

I graduated with my Master of Social Work from Arizona State University in 2007 and I have been loving my career as a mental health professional ever since. I believe both in the incredible value of mental health therapy and also that every human being truly has all they need inside themselves to realize their best selves. But our world is hard and we all need and deserve support and guidance at times. I'm glad you are considering support for yourself. My approach is gentle and very much focused on building a safe, confidential, mutually respectful relationship, and also in providing you with the validation, support and tools you need to heal or achieve your goals. I do a lot of listening and I feel honored when people trust me with their deepest pains, joys and struggles.
