I believe that every person holds the power and resources necessary to find happiness. As a trans woman I understand both the external and the internal forces that create self-doubt and spike fear—the loneliness, the separateness, and the tailspin of uncertainty. I know, too, from professional and personal experience that self-acceptance and happiness are within everyone--and science clearly indicates that those who seek help benefit from it. I utilize a mindfulness-based approach, working primarily with members of the LGBTQAI+ community, but I welcome all those who seek an empathic, supportive, and nonjudgmental collaborator to a better, more fulfilling and satisfying life🏳️‍🌈
