I create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to speak openly. My clients often smile and even laugh if that is what they feel during the session. If there are tears then I help them to acknowledge what is behind those tears. I want therapy to be enjoyable and helpful. It is a unique experience that I encourage you to try for yourself. I have learned how to start with what is comfortable for clients. I move at a pace comfortable to them. This leads to a connection that feels natural and helps them make satisfying changes. I offer video therapy only. I specialize in working with adults, relationship and self-confidence issues, caregivers, and Veterans. What treatment methods and tools do you utilize? I identify strenghts that clients possess because these are the things that will help them to achieve their goals. I use an approach focused on each individual person I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and responses.
