Lakesha has many years of experience in the mental health field and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She completed her Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. Lakesha loves to engage in talk therapy, guided mindful meditation, and the occasional homework assignment to help you get excited again about living a full and healthy life!
