Motherhood can feel overwhelming. We are constantly bombarded with stress, conflict, triggers and wanting to just give up. We have all felt that struggle at one point or another in our lives. The problem is when we are not able to work through those feelings of guilt, worry, anxiety and depression and we feel like we are drowning in the emotions. I understand these feelings and would love to help you work through them as well. Sometimes just having someone to talk too is helpful. But what really strengthens us is learning skills that help us navigate motherhood. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills are a combination of understanding how we think, change that thinking and being aware of our behaviors. We can also be triggered by different situations, memories etc. Using Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) we are able to find what emotion is being triggered and reprocess it. This will help to lower the triggered emotion and behaviors we are reacting too. Don’t hesitate, you do not need to suffer alone any longer.
