Introduction

Throughout life it is expected for one to experience some form of discomfort, stress or trial. However, it is how you respond to those circumstances when they occur, that ultimately determine the lasting effect it will have in us and our lives. With over 13 years experience, it is LaDonna's privilege to walk with you as you go through your journey. Together, you will work to instill hope and optimism in a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment all while partnering to facilitating healing, positive change and personal growth. LaDonna Malone is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and also utilizes Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused and Faith Based Counseling. We are all unique and for that reason, no one treatment approach is the same and may require various techniques from different treatment modalities. Although LaDonna's vast experience makes her well versed with the metal health field, she specializes in grief/loss, marriage/premarital counseling, couples, depression and sex therapy. As a therapist, LaDonna would be described as empathetic, non-judgmental, direct, honest, and practical. LaDonna offer's her clients her genuine concern and empathy, combined with her clinical thoughts, insights, and recommendations. She will offer you a safe place to sort through what is on your mind and heart. LaDonna is not here to judge you. She can help you cut through the noise and get to the root of what is truly troubling you and can help walk you through the steps necessary to bring about the change you desire to see in your life. It is her goal to help you to accept who you were, embrace who you are and evolve into who you want to become. Allow her to do life with you!
