We are wired for connection and no one has to go through the tough times alone. My office is a place of non-judgement to explore and get curious and find healing and lasting solutions. For the past 10 years I have been working with teens, adults, parents, and couples as a Professional Counselor, School Counselor, and Therapeutic Behavior Support Specialist. In therapy, I would give you practical tools to help you navigate and work through your challenging experiences so you can start living the life you want to live and have the fulfilling relationships you want to have.
