Family Transitions LLC ​aims to help individuals (age 10 and up), couples and families cope with these changes and/or the issues in their lives by providing counseling and mediation designed to meet their needs. I work with clients to empower them to cope with and manage their anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, stress, relationships and other issues affecting their lives. I am committed to supporting individuals, couples and families by providing services that encourage personal growth and well-being.
