Introduction

At Lacey Gray Therapy, I provide individual therapy for adults who are struggling with various mental health challenges, such as stress, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, career/life transitions, and mood disorders. I have been working as a psychotherapist for over 10 years, and I hold a master's degree in counseling psychology and a license as a professional counselor in Texas. My approach to therapy is based on building a supportive and collaborative relationship with my clients, where they can feel safe and heard. I use evidence-based interventions that are tailored to each client's needs and goals, such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. I practice with compassion and non-judgment, and I aim to empower my clients to heal and grow. My passion for therapy stems from my own personal journey of overcoming trauma and achieving positive change, and I find it rewarding to help others do the same.
