Introduction

I am passionate about working with survivors of trauma from sexual abuse, traumatic pregnancy & birth experiences, NICU families, secondary trauma, and grief & loss. I see people of all ages in my practice, including very young children. If you have experienced trauma at any point in your life, I would love to meet with you and witness your story. Survivors of trauma often feel worried that they cannot share their experiences with others because it is too difficult to hear. I am able to sit with you to hear your story as many times as you need to tell it. When you are ready, I am here to hold hope for you as you begin your healing journey. I use a variety of trauma-informed techniques in session including: play therapy, sandtray therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and other expressive arts. We can use any of these techniques or just sit and talk.
