I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with well over 20 years of experience working with a wide variety of concerns. In addition to being a Clinical Psychologist, I am a Sport Psychologist who has worked with elite athletes on multiple levels. I offer a wide variety of services and my approach is fairly direct and straight forward; while at the same time being supportive and accepting. On a side note, I have presented on a national level on topics related to student-athlete mental health, increasing access to mental health, and diversity concerns in the field of mental health. A little about me. I graduated with my doctorate from the Virginia Consortium Program in Clinical Psychology in 2001; and my Bachelor's degree from Jamestown College in 1993, where I was also a student-athlete. Prior to that, I was a military kid who grew up "all over the place." I have worked in collegiate mental health for over 20 years, and before that, I worked testing kids and young adults for learning and emotional concerns. Though my primary practice is in Indiana, I currently hold the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) under PSYPACT.* I am available to provide teletherapy to all PSYPACT participating states including: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, & WY. If you think you may be interested, please contact my email and we can schedule a 15 minute consult to see if I would be a good fit for what you are looking for.
