Introduction

As a licensed psychologist at re-MIND Psychology, I offer assistance in your journey by exploring your unique life experiences, examining any thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and/or behaviors that are helpful vs. unhelpful. I also provide help in developing adaptive perspectives, personal insights, strategies, and plans to fulfill your personal goals and needs in your life. I am well-experienced in assisting individuals with a wide variety of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, trauma, stress, adjustment, depression, relationships, life transitions, career and life planning, grief, acculturation, coping, maladaptive personality traits, and physical health. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches; please see below for the approaches. I am bilingual providing services in both English and Korean. I view psychotherapy as a wonderful collaborative journey. I always aim to build a great partnership with my clients in their journey, and this partnership thrives on compassion, respect, collaboration, active listening, and shared commitment for growth. I value the relationships with clients and always strive to meet their needs with high quality care. Great therapeutic alliances lead to successful treatment outcomes. Finding a psychologist who meets your needs is your highest priority. Some of the additional services I offer include psychological assessments and testing. Psychological assessments can help you learn and understand more about yourself, your strengths, and challenges you experience. Based on what we discover from various tools (sometimes through testing), we can work together to build helpful plans to reinforce your strengths while creating space for future growth and personal fulfillment. I'm available for a free 15-minute phone consultation prior to scheduling an initial appointment upon requests. I provide flexible hours of service to accommodate children, parents, and working professionals. Ready for the journey?
