Introduction

Hello! I am so encouraged by your desire to make changes and grow, in spite of life’s challenges. I can’t wait to meet you. I am licensed in Colorado with over 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, depression, and much more. I love getting to know clients’ stories, teaming up to make goals, and being their cheerleader and challenger along the way. My faith as a Christian is important to me, and I am excited to support you as a whole person-- mind, body, and soul! I use compassion, humor, evidence-based practices, and a big dose of hope to support my clients on their journey. I hope I can be a small part of yours!
