Everyone struggles with feeling stuck, tired, anxious, and stressed. Struggling is nothing to be ashamed of, and in fact, reaching out for support is about more than "feeling better" - it's about finding the courage in you to understand yourself and your story more fully. If you're ready to take this step for your wellness, I am honored you would consider me as your partner in change! As a therapist and someone who has sat in the client's chair, I understand how important it is to be listened to and feel safe when you're expressing yourself. Being authentic and compassionate as well as straightforward and clear are ways that I care for you while you're on your journey. I have experience working with clients from the ages of 7-60 years old and have supported many individuals in finding their confidence, processing past and present hurts, and feeling more empowered to move forward. I aim to help you find ways to overcome struggles through strengthening your self-awareness and working on skills to manage present stressors.
