Introduction

I'm both an Ordained Pastor and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I've spent my career in both of those worlds primarily working with teenagers and their families. I have over 20 years experience as a Pastor of Students, Discipleship, Families, and Foster Care and Adoption. In Social Work I have over 21 years experience that includes Child Protective Services, Residential Treatment, Training for Group Homes, Program Director for Group Homes, and Private Practice. I'm a Trained Practitioner in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) through TCU's Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development. So my primary work is Family work (Teens, Parent-Child, and Marriage) that focuses on attachment based, trauma recovery through the healing lens of the Gospel. I also work with Depression, Anxiety, and Grief. I've been married 25 years to my amazing wife, Lisa, and we have four adult children.
