There are many reasons why someone may find themselves seeking a better way to engage with life. Maybe stress is feeling overwhelming or your child is struggling with life and/or school. Maybe you find yourself in the throes of addiction and struggling with breaking the addictive cycle that keeps you from finding that better way. Because you are seeking, you have strength within you that is important to be recognized. People that find me during their search are typically those that find themselves in the aforementioned struggles and need support recognizing their strength to overcome their challenges. I have experience with addictions in residential treatment and I am currently a CSAT candidate. I have several years of experience as a school-based clinician serving both children and families. I have a strength-based, person-centered approach, focusing on the individual’s value and worth to overcome challenges. My desire is to support you in finding what a better life can mean for you. I want to help you see your best life lived. You have strength just by being willing to seek out your better way.
