Introduction

I aim to provide effective, evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families using empathy, caring, and warmth. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rogerian perspective aiming to alleviate what may ail a client. It is my belief that by empowering my clients, they will be able to take charge of their lives. I spent a year training with Dr. Laura Edwards-Leeper on providing affirmative therapy for transgender youth who may be socially transitioning or looking to start hormone replacement therapy (HRT). I have specific training in treating OCD and trauma in both children and adults.
