Introduction

Finding the balance between all the roles we play is difficult to manage on our own. If you feel like you are always running and never getting anywhere, have times when life seems overwhelming, and are unsure what to do next, I can help. I will provide a safe space for you to explore who you are, discover your strengths, and use those strengths to better manage your struggles and focus on the meaningful parts of your life. I provide services to both children and adults including individual and group therapy, intelligence and achievement testing, dyslexia testing, and personality inventories. I look forward to meeting you. Feel free to call or email me to set up an appointment. If you are seeking an assessment, I offer free estimates. Cost varies depending on the number of assessments.
