Hello, my name is Kay, and I am glad you are here! I am an LCSW certified in grief, trauma, CBT, mindfulness, and life coaching. I have extensive experience in depression, anxiety, boundary setting, and grief. My approach is simple, client-driven, straightforward, compassionate therapy.
