I have helped children, adolescents, transition-age youth and adults address traumatic experiences, loss, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, depression, adjustment to psychiatric disability, and other stressful life transitions. My work is informed by the latest advances in neuroscience, collaborative problem solving, phase-oriented and component-oriented trauma therapies, family systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness practice.
