I specialize in working with people experiencing challenges related to trauma, depression, personality disorders, ASD/ADHD, and problematic substance use. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. I have over a decade of experience in a variety of mental health treatment settings, including community mental health clinics, outdoor adventure-based treatment, and residential treatment. My therapeutic approach is largely psychodynamic, supporting patients in examining deeply-rooted patterns from new perspectives, while exploring the complex interplay between one's current challenges and their unique developmental/attachment wounds. I am experienced in utilizing Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Areas of expertise include working with those experiencing challenges related to neurodivergence, personality disorders and other interpersonal issues, and co-occurring substance use disorders. A special interest of mine is integration work with folks seeking deeper meaning and intentional application of recent or concurrent psychedelic/non-ordinary experiences.
