Introduction

Let’s just be completely honest these last few years have been interesting and maybe sometimes uneventful for most of us. Yet everyday we are expected to present and show up for others regardless of how you truly feel. It may be at your job, in your home, or in your community. Krystle invites you to believe in yourself and start living intentionally. Therapy is a place that you can show up as yourself no filter, no mask, and no judgment. If you are in the stage of life where you are still searching and trying to figure out your true self you are in the right place. Congratulations on choosing yourself! Krystle Tinsley is a licensed clinical social worker and has been practicing in the field of social work since 2010. She has worked with populations such as child and family, juvenile/conduct concerns, veterans, couples, individuals, active duty, guard and reserve service members.
