Through individual therapy, I help adults who are experiencing fear and worrisome thoughts. Trying to manage anxiety may feel completely hopeless, and may result in damaging relationships, inability to focus in school or at work, and overall feel out of control. Life can be chaotic and confusing but approaching and managing anxiety in an effective way can help bring about greater self-compassion, acceptance, and freedom to live the life you deserve. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming, and I have experience providing support through hormone therapy. Also, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship because it can be difficult being vulnerable and open with someone you just met. Fostering a brave and nonjudgmental space is extremely important to me as I know this is paramount in the work we will do together.
